Polyurethane Concrete Leveling

When soil is wet, it expands; when it’s dry, it contracts. This is especially true in the Midwest. But how does this affect the concrete around your house?

Concrete slabs, like your driveway, sidewalk, pool deck, patio, and basement floor, do not bend or adjust with these ever-changing soil conditions. Instead, they crack. Then homeowners like you are left with uneven, sunken concrete that is not only an eye-sore, but also a dangerous trip hazard.

Luckily there are ways to fix sunken concrete slabs. There are a few concrete lifting methods, like traditional mudjacking, but if you want a non-invasive, cost-effective, longer lasting solution for your sunken slabs, it’s time to take a look at Spray Foam Solutions Polyurethane Concrete Leveling system.

When we use Polyurethane Foam to raise your sunken or settled concrete, you can count on our process to be:

  • Environmentally safe

  • Affordable

  • Waterproof (to prevent future settlement)

  • Fast and mess-free

  • A permanent solution!

Polyurethane foam has taken the outdated concept of mudjacking and revamped it using modern knowledge and technology for a better, longer-lasting solution. Not only is this a solution that’s more attractive and has better longevity, it also causes less damage to your slab. Mudjacking requires more and larger-sized injection holes than is necessary for the Polyurathane Foam injection process.

We will raise and level your slab using a simple 4-step concrete lifting process. Your concrete will be ready for use in as little as 15 minutes after application!

Our Step By Step Process
  •  Our team will drill small, pencil-sized holes through which we will inject the polyurethane foam.

  •  We will then insert specialized ports into each hole which we will use to hook up the equipment and ensure the poly foam goes where it needs to go.

  •  Once all the ports are ready, we will begin injecting the foam beneath the slab until we reach the correct amount of lift. Our team will monitor this process to ensure your slab is level or as close to level as possible.

  •  Once we are satisfied that the slab is level and it has risen to its original position, we will remove all the injection ports and seal the portholes we drilled.

Your concrete is ready to use in as little as 15 minutes! Once the poly foam has cured, you can use your concrete for its intended purpose without fear of settlement or additional damage. That means parking the truck in your driveway, bringing the grill and patio furniture back out, and more! Call 608-343-4498 to schedule your consultation today
